The TWAP Lakes and Reservoirs Component, is being conducted by the International Lake Environment Committee (ILEC), is made up of The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment at Texas State University and Research Center for Sustainability and Environment, Shiga University as the coordinator of the assessment.
